Warranty and Care Instructions.
Boldtbags are handcrafted in California.
Rinse and clean bags between each use. Rubbing alcohol and hydrogen peroxide are suitable cleaning agents. Dry bags completely before folding or storing.
Please inspect the product for manufacturing defects before use. If product is damaged before use, take photos of the product and email them along with the receipt to firstname.lastname@example.org. If defect is found please return the bag before use or warranty is null and void. If we deem the product to be unused and with a manufacturing defect, we will email you the shipping label to return damaged product. Once we see it has shipped we will send the new product.
Our one year repair policy covers any of our bags as a result of wear and tear and in some instances manufacturers defect. This includes any damage in the bags as pertaining to ripping, tearing, loose stitching and loose seams. Our warranty does not cover frayed material and normal wear and tear.
If you believe that your damage falls under our warranty, contact us at email@example.com with your order number and a photo of the damage. If we conclude that your damage falls under the warranty then an RMA label will be emailed to you. A $25 shipping and handling fee will be charged and an RMA label sent good for 7 days. (Failing to mail by the end of the 7-day period will result in having to pay $25 again for additional shipping.) Once the bag is repaired as quickly as possible we will follow up with shipment information to return to you.
Repairing bags outside of our one year policy is still possible but a small fee will usually be incurred to cover material costs.
Manufacturer's Warranty Policy
In the event that a bag can not be repaired and falls within our one-year repair policy we will replace the bag if it is due to manufacturer's defect. Most commonly this includes but is not limited to missing or loose stitching and loose seams. Our manufacturer's warranty does not include but is not limited to ripping, tearing or frayed material and normal wear and tear.
If the product is unused or if the wrong products are purchased at no fault of Boldtbags, the customer can return the bags. In order to return a shipping and handling fee of $25 dollars is required and a full refund will be issued as soon as we receive the product. You will not be charged a restocking fee.
